We use the swiss water method, not the chemical process, to decaffinate our beans. This process leaves more of the original coffee profiles just without the caffine. Typically the coffee is roasted it to a medium level. This produces a more balanced coffee with a more flavorful taste and a great aroma.
Packaged in a brown paper bag with moisture-resistant lining. For a mild coffee, roast to a medium level, or for a little bolder cup, roast to a full city level.
